Cheyenne Bayse
Communications Strategist

Cheyenne Bayse is the lead strategist at HSC. Ms. Bayse primarily works with small businesses and campaigns to determine what types of marketing, public relations, and search engine optimization efforts will further a company or project's goals. Bayse has worked in radio production and marketing for over 10 years. She holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and an M.S. in International Affairs. She has also produced several as short films and commercials. She is the PR and Marketing Chair for Women in Film, New England and currently leads two multi-state campaigns.

Bayse is also an avid Francophone and traveler. Additionally, Bayse has been a competitive rower for 17 years. In that time she was twice named a NCAA Division II All-American athlete and admitted to her undergraduate alma mater's Athletic's Hall of Fame.
Marc Poskey
Systems Analyst

Marc Poskey's decades of experience in programming and troubleshooting give him an edge as a Systems Analyst. His ability to review customer flow, data streams, and user compatibility all enhance the ways in which clients engage not only with HSC but how the client's customers engage with their business.
​
Marc has worked in systems development and analysis for over 30 years and enjoys the challenge of working with a wide variety of clients. He resides in San Diego, California where he enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits. He has two children and has been married for over 31 years.
Gina Tentzeras
Director of Human Resources

Gina Tentzeras is a unique blend of artist and organizer. Her background in recruiting and MBA display her keen business acumen, but her artisitc mind lends itself to creative solutions. Tentzera's is in charge of all contracts made with employees and independent contractors as well as daily operations such as billing and office management.
​
Gina is a Miami native and enjoys spending time with her son and husband. She also has a background in radio broadcasting and spent several years as an on-air radio personality.
